Outstanding Solutions will be providing training on the fundamentals and basics of common-sense customer service skills that most employees fail to use but customers appreciate. With this training, we aim to change your employees’ behaviours and attitudes to be more customer oriented. 

Training will take place on the 1st and 2nd of June 2021, from 8.30 am – 4.30 pm, and hosted at the Corridor Springs Hotel, in Arusha. During the two days, we will cover the following topics:

Day 1:

  1. Introductions to customer service
  2. Presenting a professional image
  3. Effective communication in customer service
  4. Listening effectively
  5. What should exceptional customer service look like? (Value added service)

Day 2:

  1. Developing a customer centric mind-set
  2. Anticipating customers’ needs
  3. Customer expectations vs perceptions
  4. Thinking like a customer and acting like owners
  5. Resolving customer complaints

Training will be conducted in both English and Kiswahili.

Training Fee: TSH 450,000/- including WHT

Fee includes:

  1. Handout materials
